As I had both these issues in my life until not long ago, I started digging information about growing taller. I found a step-by-step program for growing taller that I put to the test right away. But before I start revealing these tips to grow taller, I must explain a little how do stretching exercises influence the human growth. It’s pretty simple. For example, when breaking one of your bones, the body will start repairing the damage immediately, creating new bone tissue that will cover the gaps between the bone fragments. When stretching your skeleton, harmless and painless microscopic fractures occur at the extremities of the bones. The organism will start fixing these injuries and bones grow. 1. One of the best exercises for stretching is the “bar hanging”. 3. The last one of my tips to grow taller is called the “hanging knee-up. Again, a horizontal bar is needed to perform this exercise. This is an easy one as well. All you need to do is hang on the bar, with palms facing you letting your body stretch, then slowly pull your knees up to your chest. Remain in this position for 10 seconds, then bring your knees down. Repeat these moves for a few minutes. This exercise has an excellent influence on the lower spine.

Every stretch must last up to 10 seconds. As this stretch is pretty easy to do and comfortable as well, you can do it a randomly during the day, while you’re watching TV or lying in bed.

2. Another stretch that can answer to the question “How can I grow taller?” is called “The Touch Toes”. It pretty much speaks for itself, all you need to do is bow down from a standing position, touching toes, and keeping the legs as straight as possible, without bending the knees. Reverse and repeat, each repetition lasting up to 5 seconds.

3. There are also excellent exercises for growing taller, that require a horizontal bar. The one that I like the most is “The Bar Hang”. This one speaks for itself also, being very easy to perform. As you’re holding the bar, with palms facing away from you and feet above the ground, let the whole body stretch under the gravity force. The bar hang has effects on all the body, stretching the arms, legs and spinal column nicely, stimulating a proper growth. Repeat this exercise in sessions of 5 minutes every day.

4. The “Knees Up Stretch” is an exercise especially for the lower spine. It requires a horizontal bar as well. As you’re holding the bar, palms facing you, let your whole body stretch, then pull your knees up to the chest. Remain in this position for up to 10 seconds. Do this exercise in sessions of 5 minutes everyday.
