			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A good method when  working on a way to  <a href="http://www.improveselfimage.com/blog" target="_blank">build self-confidence</a> is to visualize something about yourself that you <span style="text-decoration: underline">DO</span> like (after all, EVERYONE has as least one aspect about themselves that they like) and then create a phrase using this format: &#8220;I&#8217;m (aspect) and I&#8217;m awesome!&#8221;</p>
<p>Then think of something that you want to improve and fill in the blanks: &#8220;I&#8217;m going to ________ and life will rock even more because ______!&#8221;</p>
<p>choose a time to repeat this mantra, like every time you start your car or get dressed.</p>
<p>An illustration of this might be: &#8220;I&#8217;m a good conversationalist. I&#8217;m going to be less of a wallflower and life will rock even more because more people will see me for what I truly am!&#8221;</p>
<p>Or: &#8220;I&#8217;m clever! I am going to reason things out more to solve minor problems around me. Life is in my control!&#8221;</p>
<h3>Maintain a healthy Self Image</h3>
<ol>
<li>Don&#8217;t feel like you are not good enough. God created the way that you should naturally be, and that is what makes you a unique individual.</li>
<li>Your inner convictions will enable you to reach your goals in life. If you fall down, get right back up and try again.</li>
<li>As your <a href="http://www.improveselfimage.com/blog" target="_blank">self image improves</a>, you will feel better about yourself, and your self esteem will naturally grow from the inside out.</li>
<li>Not all decisions will turn out to be right ones. Just keep in mind that right or wrong, you are the one who makes the decisions in your life. You should insist on choosing  your own path. Choose people YOU admire, whether they are famous figures or just regular people you know, to be your role models. No one is perfect in every way, but often, people who we see doing good in the world can inspire us to do better as well.</li>

<li>Some decisions will involve another person, a medical decision, or, for example,  where to live if you marry. Therefore, some decisions may have to be made jointly. When attempting to compromise, self image matters a lot, because you need to trust yourself to do your best.</li>
