3. Use chairs with a high and firm back support – Also, keep your feet on the floor and knees slightly higher than your hips. So, if your everyday activities require sitting in a chair, get the proper one.

4. Posture exercise – Last but not least of the tips to get taller, is a simple posture exercise. Lean against a wall, aligning head, shoulders, buttocks and heels, touching the wall. Pull back your knees, waist and neck reducing the spaces between you and the wall. This should be your everyday posture which will grant provide a healthy posture.
